Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced psych RN for an on-site role in Colorado Springs. The position requires 1+ years of recent psych RN experience, with a night shift schedule (72 hours per pay period) and a quarterly night shift incentive of $1,600.

Responsibilities include direct patient care in a high-throughput ED, developing and evaluating care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• 1+ years of recent psych RN experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required or in process at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient condition and document appropriately; coordinate transfers and discharges.
