Job summary

UCHealth Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs is seeking a Night Shift RN to provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, using the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care.

Responsibilities include applying evidence-based practices, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining high-quality patient safety outcomes while working a night schedule with a dedicated incentive program.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required or eligible in CO.
• ACLS preferred at time of hire or within 6 months.
• ENPC or PALS within 6 months of hire; TNCC or ATCN within 1 year.
• BLS/CPR certification required before start date.
• Trauma nursing certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Emergency Department.
• Deliver care using the nursing process with a top-of-scope practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Uphold patient safety and evidence-based practices in a fast-paced environment.
