Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts (3pm-3:30am) in a new facility, working three 12-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends and holidays.

The RN will provide patient-centered care within Ohio’s scope of practice, collaborating with patients and families to develop comprehensive care plans addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. This role emphasizes safety, evidence-based practices, teamwork, and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current Ohio RN licensure.
• New graduates (<1 year) enrolled in Nurse Residency Program.
• Experienced RNs require at least two years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care within Ohio’s scope of practice.
• Develop comprehensive care plans addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
• Ensure patient safety and promote evidence-based practices.
