Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• RN licensure in the appropriate state or compact license.
• Experience with direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services as part of the patient care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a focus on safety and outcomes.
• Maintain professional competence and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and other staff.
• Support Shared Governance and maintain confidentiality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to Wellstar policies.
