Qualifications

• Experience with direct patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care as part of the patient care team.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Document patient care and communicate plans to the care team and family.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional development.
• Mentor and support junior staff and uphold patient safety and confidentiality.
