Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Eligible clinicians can advance through the Clinical Ladder with salary increases up to 20% based on experience and achievement. Full-time schedule is nights, 7:00pm to 7:00am, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Associate's of Nursing is required
Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred
RN license required; BLS certification required

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors
Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate and revise as needed
Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols
Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork
Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record
