You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure safe medication administration and treatment delivery.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per resident plans.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Explain procedures to gain resident cooperation.
• Observe vital signs and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain nursing records and care plans for continuity.
• Support residents emotionally and prepare for post-discharge care.
