Job summary

AdventHealth Davenport is seeking a registered nurse for a night shift in the critical care setting. You will conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, and document in the EMR.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available; benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• RN licensure in Florida required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Critical care, acute care or ED experience required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document care activities in EMR accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; participate in quality initiatives.
