Job summary

Baptist Health in Arkansas seeks a Registered Nurse for the Dialysis department on the night shift (7P-7A). You will deliver safe, compassionate care using the nursing process and hospital protocols, working within a collaborative team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

New RN graduates or current RNs in good standing with Arkansas licensing are welcome. CPR required; some areas may require ACLS/PALS/NALS with training provided. 72 hours bi-weekly and a full-time role are typical for this unit.

Qualifications

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, licensed to practice in Arkansas.
• CPR is required; ACLS/PALS/NALS may be required in some areas with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and Baptist Health training to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create an exceptional patient experience and best possible outcomes.
