Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications.
• Participates in patient safety initiatives, quality and regulatory compliance, and professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans with team input; communicates across the care continuum.
• Assists physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures; provides pharmacologic and hemodynamic support and post-procedural assessments.
