Loyal Source is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift to join a critical illness recovery hospital delivering world-class inpatient post-ICU care. The RN will perform admissions/transfers, conduct ongoing patient assessments, document accurately, interpret labs and telemetry, transcribe orders, and participate in rapid response and codes while counseling patients and families.

A valid RN license and BLS are required; ACLS is due within 6 months of hire.

Formación

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned
