Wellstar Health System is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a dynamic clinical environment.

This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and collaboration with nurse managers under Wellstar governance. Licensure, BLS, and compact state credentials may apply; sign-on bonus eligible and a 3/12 schedule offers stability.

Competenze

• Associates degree in Nursing or diploma in nursing; bachelor’s preferred.
• RN certification as required; state license to practice.
• BLS certification required; RN-Compact license accepted where applicable.

Mansioni

• Provide patient-centered nursing care with evidence-based practice.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitor and titrate vitals, administer meds, and support complex care for high acuity patients.
• Participate in performance improvement and documentation to ensure safety and quality.
