Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; ability to work in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, teach, and advocate for patients within the facility.
• Assess physical and mental health needs and administer medications.
• Guide treatment plans from start to finish and ensure timely referrals.
• Support patient education and safety standards across the unit.
• Respond to crises and mentor staff in care delivery.
