Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process across diverse patient needs.
• Complete admissions and ongoing assessments, administer medications and treatments.
• Deliver patient and family education and coordinate care with the healthcare team for safe transitions.
• Maintain documentation, respond to changes in patient condition, and provide emergency care as needed.
