Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time Night shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. You will work with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and to provide a positive, supportive environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, ensuring documentation, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• BLS - Basic Life Support (Instructor or Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, assesses, and evaluates patient conditions and assists with care plans.
• Delivers and coordinates patient care with the care team and documents changes.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and adheres to confidentiality and professional standards.
