Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the patient care team.

You will participate in performance improvement, maintain licensure, mentor colleagues, and uphold confidentiality and shared governance while delivering compassionate care. Sign-on bonus eligible for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing or Bachelors in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license (state- or compact) required or in process.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Care Coordination: monitor and evaluate patient condition and document changes.
• Patient Advocacy and Satisfaction: respond to concerns and educate patients and families.
• Performance Improvement: participate in quality initiatives and process improvements.
• Professional Competency and Growth: maintain licenses and complete required training.
• Professional Leadership: mentor peers and uphold shared governance and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
