Job summary

Great River Health Systems is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide routine daily nursing care for Elders in assigned households, following each elder’s care plan. Each RN oversees a primary household of 16 Elders and collaborates with the Household Coordinator to implement the plan.

The RN will work closely with the Household Coordinator and RN Manager to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality care during night shifts and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Health care experience within the past five years preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Iowa.
• Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides routine daily nursing care and other services in accordance with the Elder’s assessment, choices and care plan.
• Each RN is assigned to a primary household of 16 Elders.
• RN works with the Household Coordinator and RN Manager to manage day-to-day functions.
