Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center is seeking an RN for Nightshift to provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with the care team. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient progress to support residents' well-being.

Join our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, monitor changes, and maintain a safe, organized environment while contributing to quality initiatives. Ohio RN licensure is required; new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio.
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's in nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments and documenting progress.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the charge nurse or physician.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care.
