Job summary
Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for a full-time night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). Daily pay is available, with night shift differential and competitive nursing pay.

Qualifications
- Current active LPN or RN license in Missouri.
- BLS/CPR certification current.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
- Monitor residents and report changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of license.
- Monitor vitals and document assessments accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and individualized care needs.
- Follow medication administration procedures and narcotic counts.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team.
- Document changes in conditions and clinical observations.
- Ensure care aligns with state and federal regulations and care plans.
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life during night shift.
