Job summary

The Mercy organization seeks a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective care delivered by a competent team. You will coordinate staffing, bed management and patient flow in collaboration with the Staffing Office and Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS/ALS and ENPC or PALS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assures delivery of safe, high quality, cost-effective care by competent staff.
• Ensures units are staffed to provide patient care and involved in bed management.
• Collaborates with Staffing Office and clinical manager on processes and evaluation.
