Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Clinical Resource Float unit at Lutheran General Hospital. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) role supports multiple inpatient units within a high-acuity environment.

We value nurses with accredited nursing programs, valid RN licenses, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience. The CRU delivers patient-centered care and collaborates across teams to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and strong communication.
