Job summary

The Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role at Sanford Health supports patient care on a busy 32-bed unit, coordinating with the health care team to ensure timely, high-quality care. Night shifts, 12-hour blocks, and a 36-hour weekly schedule are offered.

You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, mentor staff, and participate in committees while delivering patient education and safety-driven care across diverse adult medical and surgical patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; BSN strongly preferred in Fargo network and surrounding areas.
• Current unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to coordinate care.
• Lead in high‑risk situations and mentor staff; participate in committees and quality initiatives.
