Job summary

CentraCare Health's Melrose Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in Med/Surg, ER and OB, delivering high-quality patient care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care with the healthcare team, supervise assigned patients and participate in rounds while pursuing charge nurse training within 6 months of hire.

The role offers full-time hours, night shifts, and competitive pay with a signing bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card.
• ACLS certification.
• CALS and TNCC certified within 9 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients while ensuring adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver effective and efficient patient care.
• Oversee care for assigned patients and ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.
