Qualifications

• Must hold a current North Dakota RN License.
• Must be in good standing in all states where licensed as a nurse in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status through physical assessments, observation and interviews.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate residents' care plans and updates.
• Administer medications and monitor treatments for effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care according to policies and standards.
• Document accurately in residents' records.
• Provide leadership to subordinate staff and ensure staffing levels.
• Communicate residents' needs to care staff and coordinate with physicians.
