Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift on a full-time basis. The position offers a 36-hour work week, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to cover overtime and different shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Current Florida nursing license.
BLS (current upon hire).
ACLS or required specialty training (or obtained within three months).

Responsibilities

Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients according to policies.
Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
Recognize the signs of stroke and call a stroke alert; participate in related processes.
Assist ICU nurse with telemedicine consult and transport to CT; maintain stroke knowledge annually.
