Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift (7pm–7am) in the Mobile Medicine Care Coordination Center. It is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week role with benefits eligible and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

The RN will pursue professional development, adhere to nursing standards, and collaborate with the care team. Requirements include graduation from a board-approved nursing program, active RN license for applicable states, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the client is located.

Responsibilities

• Engages in councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ethical practice.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintains accurate and timely EHR documentation.
