Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an RN for Burn/Med Surg Nights (7p-7:30a) at Temple University Hospital to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced surgical unit. The role is full-time with a 36-hour weekly schedule, including every-other weekend and holidays as required.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, collaborating with families and the health care team, and directing support staff while following nursing standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred by the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under physician direction.
• Collaborate with patient, family/significant others, peers and health care team to individualize care.
• Direct nursing support staff and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
