Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join The Birthplace at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts. This full-time, night-shift position offers a doula-supported, family-centered birthing environment focused on personalized care.

You will provide individualized obstetric nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and educate families, working with a close-knit team in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing is required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Active RN license in Massachusetts or eligibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to obstetric patients and families.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions and recognize changes needing timely intervention.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care with patients and families.
• Provide patient and family education on treatments, procedures, and discharge planning.
