Responsibilities

• Performs assessments and plans care based on nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.

• Establishes priorities of patient care based on needs and available resources.
• Assesses learning needs of patient and family and provides education.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary functions and documentation in accordance with policy.
• Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
