Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks a Registered Nurse for the Mental Health Float Pool at the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center West Bank in Minneapolis, MN. You will provide comprehensive nursing care across the behavioral health spectrum within a collaborative team, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.

This 0.75 FTE night-shift role (7pm–7:30am) includes 12-hour shifts with every third weekend.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required for Healthcare Providers.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental health needs to plan patient care.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team on individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications per behavioral health policies with knowledge of effects and safety.
• Evaluate nursing interventions and adjust care based on outcomes.
