Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas is looking for an Assessment and Referral Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) on Saturdays and Sundays. The ideal candidate will hold an active Arkansas RN license or license eligibility and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. Responsibilities include admitting and referring patients, conducting assessments, and documenting care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Arkansas RN license or license eligibility (new graduates welcome).
• Ability to work harmoniously with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Admit and refer patients, provide professional nursing care during the assessment process.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessment through observation.
• Document all data accurately and timely.
