Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an RN Oncology with Bone Marrow Transplant expertise to join a 16-week unit on a day/night rotating schedule. The RN will care for patients undergoing transplant, with 1:4 patient ratios and 12-hour shifts. Weekend shifts may be required as needed.

Required active Nursing License, minimum 2 years of nursing experience, and BLS; chemotherapy certification preferred. Experience with EPIC charting is highly valued and patient education is emphasized.

  • Flex to float to other units as needed

Description:This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant.The RN will work in a unit caring for patients undergoing blood and marrow transplants.The shift rotation includes both day and night shifts.Ratios for patient care are 1:4.Weekend shifts may be required on an as-needed basis.The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration for complex patients.The patient population primarily includes individuals with hematologic cancer diagnoses.The RN will administer chemotherapy and manage ports.Experience with central lines and lab draws from those lines is expected.The RN will engage in patient and family education and support.Flexibility is needed for floating to other units as required.No call is required for this position.This role is focused on providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
