Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing. Must have good standing license (LPN or RN) valid in the state in which clinical will practice. Must also possess current CPR Certification.
• New Grads and Newly Licensed LPNs and RNs are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
• RN 1: up to 1 year of nursing experience; RN 2: 2–5 years; RN 3: 5+ years with addictions/mental health exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing assessment for clients within 24 hours of admission per program policies and state regulation.
• Arrange health care provider appointments for complete physical examinations and screenings.
• Administer medications and supervise self-administered medications as allowed by regulation.
• Maintain inventory and records of medical supplies per regulations and policy.
• Counsel clients on nutrition, health care, self-care, and symptom management.
• Ensure medical coverage and provider compliance for payment and safety.
• Assist in facilitating staff events and health seminars; participate in treatment team meetings.
