• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing with an active LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification and licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing assessment within 24 hours of admission.
• Coordinate physical exams and health screenings with providers.
• Administer and supervise medications as allowed.
• Maintain inventory and records of medical supplies.
• Counsel clients on nutrition, health care, and safety.
• Work rotating weekends and holiday coverage; essential staff.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and infection control.
