Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Transplant Medicine team for full-time night shifts. The onsite role offers competitive hourly pay and a structured night shift incentive program.

Working 72 hours per pay period, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support education and quality initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN license required or eligible.
• BLS certification required valid through start date.
• 6 months RN experience preferred; 0+ acceptable per posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice in care.
• Precept new staff and support knowledge growth in clinical settings.
