Qualifications

• RN with either an Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to utilize technology and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—focused on patient outcomes.
• Providing relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinating safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.
• Supporting performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance care quality.
• Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to foster professional development among staff and students.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
