Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the 6200 Acute Care Medicine unit on the South Campus. The role involves direct patient care on a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am) in a 26-bed Med-Surg unit including occasional trach patient care.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support patient families. Qualified applicants hold an RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s and ideally a Bachelor's in Nursing.

Formación

• RN license required
• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care, assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
• Promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to develop and document plans of care.
• Maintain clear communication across the continuum of care.
