Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2–5 years nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate unit activities for a designated shift.
• Provide direct patient care and act as a clinical resource to staff.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care per standards.
• Identify and resolve gaps in care across hospitalization, discharge, and ambulatory settings.
• Lead development of care plans with input from interprofessional team and family.
