Job summary

HCH brand is seeking an RN for Acute Care/Emergency Care Float Nights. The position is full-time with a 72-hour/biweekly pay period, located in Napoleon, OH 43545.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating care across disciplines, and ensuring patient safety. Ohio RN licensure with BLS and ACLS is required, with preference for prior nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN licensure, BLS and ACLS required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renders personal and professional care to patients.
• Assesses needs, plans, coordinates, and evaluates care.
• Facilitates collaboration across disciplines to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Adheres to nursing standards and promotes teamwork with physicians and other departments.
