Logan Health is seeking experienced RNs to join the Acute Care Unit (ACU) in Kalispell, MT. You will care for patients with COPD, CHF, kidney failure and more, in a 40-bed unit, working within a supportive team that values compassion and excellence.

This full-time Night Shift role offers a 36-hour weekly schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow clinically while serving the Northwest Montana community. Logan Health fosters teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Current Montana RN license or compact license; required. BSN preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred (hospital, clinic, or physician office).
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory, medical terminology, HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control.
• BLS/CPR required; additional certifications as applicable.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and EMR systems).

• Provide individualized, goal‑directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Implement provider orders accurately and efficiently.
• Anticipate and assess patient needs; coordinate timely interventions.
• Educate patients and families on health and medical needs.
• Document patient encounters per organizational standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, effective care.
