Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid RN license; BLS certification.
• Multi-state RN license or single-state licensure required.
• Maintain professional competence and participate in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, deliver safe care according to policies.
• Document assessments and interventions.
• Advocate for patients, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Support professional growth, mentorship, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
