Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health seeks a Virtual Registered Nurse (VRN) to join our on-site care team in Camden. The VRN will be accountable for a group of patients across a designated time frame, guiding care through the nursing process and utilizing available AI tools when appropriate.

The role requires a 100% on-site presence, BSN, NJ RN license, and BLS. Part-time shift 7pm–7am with weekends and holidays rotation, along with proficiency in Epic documentation and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BSN degree as required.
• 2 years acute care experience or med/surg/critical care preferred.
• Proficiency with Epic documentation and hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a designated group of patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and bedside staff to ensure safety and quality.
