Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc., part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a registered nurse to deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care in a 249-bed community hospital setting in the Greater Manchester Region.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team, communicating patient status promptly, and ensuring age-appropriate care. Must hold CT RN licensure with active BLS/ACLS certifications; NCLEX timing for new grads applies.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a CT RN license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) on hire or within orientation.
• New graduates must pass NCLEX within 90 days of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinates patient care by working with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicates patient clinical condition and responds quickly to changes.
• Delivers age-appropriate care across the life span.
