Job summary

Wellpath is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift at the KY Lee Adjustment Center. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support nursing teams in a compassionate, crisis‑responsive setting.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in Kentucky, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. A sign-on bonus of $8,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN license in state of employment and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care under Charge Nurse supervision.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Document nursing encounters and participate in mandatory meetings and training.
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians and supervisors as needed.
• Provide patient education in accordance with competencies.
