Job summary

Singing River Ocean Springs Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7PM-7AM shift. The RN provides patient care following the Nursing Process and adheres to Mississippi nursing standards and SRHS policies. The role requires a current Mississippi RN license and inpatient experience.

New grads may qualify for a $7,500 sign-on bonus and experienced RNs for $10,000. Must complete required de-escalation training within 90 days and work with the Patient Care Manager and team to deliver safe,

Qualifications

• Minimum one year inpatient clinical experience, within the past five years.
• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Current Mississippi RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per applicable standards.
• Maintain infection control and ethical practice as outlined by SRHS.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Manager and supervise LPNs and aides.
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication.
