Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 4W Medical Surgical unit on a part-time night shift. The role covers a 44-hour bi-weekly schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a 20% night shift differential, including weekends and holidays per department guidelines.

Unit 4 West handles diverse patients including general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma, and telemetry, offering opportunities to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Delaware
• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire date
• One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting is required
• BLS Certification is required

Responsibilities

• The unit provides care for general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma, and telemetry patients.
• Nurses work in a fast-paced environment with a collegial team to deliver high-quality patient care.
