GreenTree Healthcare Management's Solomons Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN for night shift 11pm-7am. You will provide direct nursing care under medical direction and coordinate with the nursing team to maintain residents' well-being.

We offer competitive pay, a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, flexible scheduling, tuition reimbursement, and excellent benefits in a supportive environment near Solomons.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in state of employment.
• Must pass physical exam and provide evidence of freedom from communicable diseases.
• Good physical and mental health with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under medical direction.
• Monitor performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying treatment plans to meet residents' needs.
• Work throughout the nursing service area.
• Communicate with medical staff and other departments.
• Attend continuing education programs.
• Handle challenging residents with tact and professionalism.
