Job summary

Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the 4N Medical Stepdown Unit on the night shift (7pm–7am) with a 20% shift differential.

External candidates are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The 4N unit cares for a broad medical patient population with ACLS-ready care and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License required/Current RN license.
• BSN preferred or commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years.
• 1-2 years of acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the 4N Medical Stepdown Unit.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
