Join our team at Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN! We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with shifts from 11pm to 7am and pay ranging from $37 to $46 an hour. At Spring Grove, we believe in compassionate, high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards.
• Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration as per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes.
• Maintain timely documentation per policies and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
