Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Missouri is seeking an RN for the 24-bed Observation Unit at South Campus. This full-time night-shift role features a 36-hour work week, a fast-paced environment, and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external applicants.

You will deliver direct patient care, manage pain, IV therapies, and post-surgical observation, while collaborating with ED and interprofessional teams.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing required.
• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness, home care needs and medication administration.
• Promotes patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development.
